Sadly, I have much experience with this. Five years into our marriage, we are almost done paying off the credit card debt that my husband brought into the union.

You do exactly what you are doing. You make out a budget and you figure out where you can cut back. You stick to that budget in whatever way works (envelopes never worked for me because I was always forgetting to bring the cash with me. We use debit cards only, and then I check once a week to make sure we are still on budget). You take the extra money and apply it to one of the debts (some say the smallest balance, some say the highest interest rate, both work). You pay just above the minimum on the others. Rinse, repeat. Don't get frustrated. It's an uphill slog, but it will be worth it.

We have about 4 more payments. And then we are done. You'll know when it happens because you will hear the whooping.

It's a hard one and there's no real good answer. You do what you can, you pay the minimum until you can pay more. You pay on time so you're not wasting money on late fees and you cut back wherever and whenever you can. Time was, you refinanced your house I'm not sure how good of an option that is at this point but it's probably worth looking into. I'd go here http://www.thechrisjonesgroup.com/ but he's my brother so take that for what it's worth.
You can do it but it won't be easy. Good luck!
